1. Registration and Account

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to access, use, and/or participate in the Program. You agree that You are 18 years of age or older.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process to the best of Your ability.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account.
• You are required to create an account with TCLP to apply for participation in the Program.
• Access to the selected courses shall be granted upon acceptance into the Program.
• There is no cost for participants accepted into the Program.

• You shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from posting copyrighted material without written permission.

3. Moderation and Content Management

• The Program’s discussion board administrators reserve the right to moderate discussions and remove any content that violates this Disclaimer or any of TCLP’s Website policies.
• Content posted on the discussion board may be monitored for compliance with this Disclaimer and community guidelines.

Before submitting any comments on the discussion board, You shall:
